Measure chain, rotor thickness, and brake pads for wear
Complete bolt torque check/safety exam
Tire pressure set to preferred or recommended
Thorough bike wash and polish
Additional parts & labor may be recommended

Full Tune
Allow 1 - 2 weeks
Everything in Basic Tune plus:
Drivetrain components deep cleaned in ultrasonic parts washer
Headset, Bottom Bracket, and freehub service
Dropper clean, lube, and cable replaced (cable included)
Shift cable replaced (cable included)
Sealant refresh (sealant included)
Hydraulic brake flush & bleed
Wheels trued and tensioned on truing stand (if needed)
Additional parts & labor may be recommended

Jim’s Overhaul
Allow 2 - 3 weeks
Everything in the Full Tune plus:
Full bike tear down and reassemble
Pivot and linkage bearings inspected and cleaned
Front and rear pads replaced (pads included)
Shift and dropper cable housings replaced (housing included)
50 hour (1 year) fork service
50 Hour (1 year) rear suspension service
Additional parts & labor may be recommended

MTB remove old sealant and install fresh 4oz. - $30 per tire

Suspension
Fork 50 hour service - $125 + parts (disassemble, clean, replace foam rings, dust wipers, and fluid)
Rear shock 50 hour service - $100 + parts (disassemble, clean, replace o-rings, dust wipers, and seals)
Fork 200 hour service - $200+ depending on the fork and will be sent to DirtLabs for service
Rear shock 200 hour - $200+ depending on the shock and will be sent to Dirtlabs for service
Dropper service - $100+ depending on the dropper + parts
Rockshox Reverb dropper bleed - $50
*2 - 3 week turn around for 200 hour suspension services depending on workload*
Misc.
Boxed bike builds - $100+ depending on bike
Bottom bracket replacement/service - $40
